Dros mynydd Llanfair Clydogau. Great spin in the mountains

Mynydd llanfair46 Miles 1070M of climbing Yesterday decided to take advantage of some spring sunshine. Although my Garmin stated that the average temperature was 6″C. However plenty of hills to keep me warm. Decided to go from the Harbourmaster to Lampeter and then on a new road for me, towards Ffarmers and over the mountain to Llanfair Clydogau. Long climb from Cwm Ann to 1200 ft but manageable and well worth it for lack of traffic and great views. Descent takes in the Roman road of Sarn Helen and is very quick and not too technical. Once in Llanfair turning left to follow the river Teifi to Tregaron. Stop in Spar for much needed chocolate and then an undulating !8 miles back to aberaeron, once again climbing up to over 1000ft. Great ride with lots to see and cafe stops in Lampeter and Tregaron
